This release brings new features and functionality that greatly enhance the product and increase the business value of the overall solution. Some of the features include:

• Searchable PDF - Delivers inbound faxes with text searchable content for improved archiving & management


• Barcode Routing - Route inbound faxes based on barcodes, leveraging a powerful OCR engine


• Support for Outlook & Office 2010 - Provides a seamless new integration to create, send, receive and manage faxes


• MS Office 365 & Google Apps Support - Integrate RightFax with the latest Cloud based office email solutions


• Secure SMTP Gateway - Provides secure authenticated and encrypted connection with SMTP & POP3 email servers


• Delegate Auditing - Increased transparency for Delegate auditing, tracking & monitoring


• VMware vMotion & Hyper-V Live Migration Support - Perform live migrations with zero downtime


• Web Access Module now include in the base product at no additional charge

As a reminder, RightFax v9.3 will reach an official End-of-Life status in December 2011. Support calls will be taken after this date but support for bug fixes, hot fixes, etc... will not be available. RightFax v9.4 End-of-Life has not been determined but we expect it to not be sooner than 2014.
